Google API is something that I recently explored. They have a cool Dojo API that can be used to access dojo Toolkit easily. It is cool that this library can be accessed from any website that you want to use dojo. Dojo toolkit is an amazing Dojo library that you can use for building good Ajax applications. I am really amazed to see the CSS and the styles used in Dojo. The default Tundra CSS is one of my personal best when it comes to ajax button designs. I would love to hear from my readers more about such tools and their experiences.

It is really amazing to see how all the products of Google are being integrated together into a single userId and each facility is able to access the others. I have always been a Google fan and I think that they are doing a great job. Google labs are one of the most comprehensive code collection that I have ever seen. It is really amazing how such websites are put together by masterminds and slowly evolve as the monopoly of the internet. It has made its heights in the past 10 years only.

Red blood cells form the vital component in the human blood. It is the center for the energy that is needed for the various parts of the body to perform the functions. Hitherto , the blood red cells, if found at lower count is to be improved with the infusion of the blood of the compatible group that is taken from the other donor. It has resulted in the creation of blood banks to supply the blood to the needy. Now scientist have proved that red blood cells can be reared in the lab from the stem cells.As such the blood transfusion need not depend upon the other donar in future if the research is put in to practical use.

Overdraft facility is type of credit limit extended by the banks. It is in the form of running account. Normally it is sanctioned to the business people. Individuals also go in for it against the proper security .Daily transactions are also allowed in this account with out any additional charges. Overdraft account is charged with he rate of interest based o the nature of the facility . If the same is secured overdraft against tangible securities then the rate of interest is on the lower side . Where as in the case of clean overdrafts the rate is o the higher side.

Nuclear Power is used in the power sector in various countries to certain extent as the basic raw material Uranium is a scarce one and the supply of the same is controlled by the Nuclear Supply Group. Country like France is producing about 70% of the country’s power requirement from the nuclear power plants. Though they term it as cheap in the absence of other sources to meet out the needed power , it has certain disadvantages. Disposal of the nuclear waste from these plant is a very difficult process and they are causing health problem. Most of the countries are finding it difficult to dump such nuclear waste as the radiation from the same affects the locality in and around. Hence they are seriously thinking about the alternative source of energy and also plan to reduce the power consumption.

International Atomic Power Organization is the governing body which scans the nuclear power plants operating in various countries. When ever a country needs the uranium it has to take it from the Nuclear Supply Group and they stipulate this condition.The fuel utilized to produce Atomic power can be recycled for reuse and this plant will be under the direct supervision of the IAPO. They have strict control on the country to avoid producing the atom bomb. All the nuclear power plants operating in a country will be under the watchful eyes of IAPO if they are brought under USA’s Atomic Power Act Section123.

Organic farming is assuming more importance at present. In the context of increasing ill effects of using chemical fertilizers and the exorbitant cost in procuring them , farmers are more inclined towards the organic farming which is cost effective and remunerative.Usage of degraded bio wastes is found most effective in maintaining the soil fertility and also improved productivity.The produce from such organic farming is also found to be superior in quality and has longer life.many countries are now advocating organic farming and are subsidizing the inputs also.Vermi compost is widely used in organic farming apart from the natural cow dung and the droppings from the sheep and goats.Horticultural crops and especially the fruits and vegetables, where the organic manures are used ,the life is found to be longer and the farmers are able to get better price.

Letter of Credit is issued by the banks in the matter of merchandise dealing between two parties. In the case of import of goods from foreign countries the banks are bound to issue the letter of credit on behalf of their customers to the supplier . It is to safeguard the supplier from the eventuality of default by the buyer who happens to be the customer in its fold. After the goods are shipped to the buyer, the seller or the supplier can submit the bills drawn under the letter of credit to the banks to get the finance. The banker will be at no risk in negotiating the bills drawn under the letter of credit and release the fund to the supplier, as the sum is assured for payment by the LC establishing bank. How ever the bills submitted for such negotiation should be in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the letter of credit.

Non Fund based credit is also advanced by the banks to the individuals and corporate clients.This limit is in contrast to the fund based limits where in, the banks need to part with the fund at the time of disbursal. However , in the case of non fund based transactions, it becomes the contingent liability. As such as and when the demand for payment arises from the ultimate beneficiary of such limit, the banks are bound to release the fund against their claim. The non fund based limits are given in the form of bank guarantee and letter of credit.This is issued on behalf of the customer of a bank in favor of the client with whom they may have business transaction. Financial guarantees and performance guarantees are the common types of non fund based limits given by the bankers.

Dividend refers to the profit that is distributed amongst the share holders and the stake holders of a company or a business concern.As per the profit arrived at the end of each financial year the company appropriates the same under various heads. A certain portion is added to the reserve of the company to argument the capital base to meet out any eventuality at a latter date. As well , a chunk of the profit is paid at a proportion decided by the governing body of the company to the share holders. This distribution is as per the extent of the investment made by each share holder.At times the dividend paid to the share holders is taxed at their hands.Few companies absorb the tax burden instead of passing it to them as a kind gesture.
